This custom was inspired by the 2006 International GI Joe Convention set, Cobra's Most Wanted: Mercenaries.

I was a little disappointed that Cobra Mortal didn't get an updated design with this set. I never really had any interest in this foreign exclusive character before but after reading his filecard from the set, I was very intrigued. I wanted to create a new updated look for Cobra Mortal that would be cool and give him a little edge.
I am very satisfied with how he turned out.
