Cobra recruited Notorious wrestler Rowdy Roddy Piper to train their soldiers. For years, GI Joe has benefited from the superior training of Sgt. Slaughter and now Cobra has a specialist of their own.

I created this because I missed the convention and found this very unique character sold out. Since I am not going to spend $100 on Ebay I decided to create my own. I am actually happy with how he turned out and I dressed him in his traditional ring attire. The kilt is a simple design I created with my paint program.
