Arms, legs, and coat - ROC Cobra Commander

I wanted a more realistic Doctor Mindbender than the traditional shirtless, purple trousers version that came in the Defense of Cobra Island multi-pack. I think I accomplished just that. He's simple yet very effective for his purpose. The ROC Cobra Commander coat and arms make a nice labcoat. Unfortunately, I used some of the worst paint ever created to paint the coat and arms, Krylon Fusion. The stuff does not stick well at all and has rubbed off the inner elbow joints and is doing so around the arm holes of the coat. I recommend avoiding using this stuff on custom figures.
