This was a custom I got the idea to make when I had a leftover hooded Cobra Commander head. In the end I made him to have 2 different removable masked heads. The second one is from ROC Flash. The torso is a one of the Dreadnoks. The arms are from one of the Crimson Twins. The legs came last, as I realized that the ROC Neo Viper/Neo Viper Commando legs would be perfect, and allowed me to remove another of the overstock of these figures from the pegs at my local Wal-Mart at that time.

The Cobra Executioner is the last stop for captured enemies and would be usurpers of Cobra Commander. Cobra executions are big public events on Cobra Island, and the Executioner is a professional showman. He knows how to make an entertaining event out of an execution, with lots of pomp and dramatic build up to the final event! No one knows what the executioner's face looks like, but some speculate he is none other than Cobra Commander himself!
