Entire figure is repaint of Chuckles

Formerly of the CIA, Chuckles knew Hawk from way back and had a loose working agreement with the General, getting him information that no one else could and getting into placed no one dared. To look at him, clad in his trademark Hawaiian shirt and big grin, you'd think he was just some wannabe be James Bond, but the look in his eyes tells you this guy isn't screwing around.
