Breaker was the first Joe I ever got as a kid (in my naive youth, I saw the beard and assumed he was supposed to be the G.I. Joe, like the 12-inch figure my older brother had) and, as such, I really wanted to have a representation of the character in 25th Anniversary form.

My first attempt got sidetracked and became my 25th Anniverary Grunt (mostly because I couldn't find lower arms I liked), and I followed essentially the same procedure to make this one.

The hardest part was modifying Breaker's com gear to work with the Comic Pack Steeler helmet, followed closely by rigging the wire between the headset and the radio (acheived with a little hot glue).

When it came time to pick the head, I went with the youngest looking one I could find (no beard, just like on the original card art).
