Psychic Knife - Light Up Psylocke Psychic Knife

After making Black Cat, Psylocke was the next figure I had in mind to create. Ever since the X-Men were drawn by Jim Lee, I was impressed with his vision of how the characters should look like. And with the customizing and painting techniques I have learned in the last year, I was now ready to create her.

The Psychic Knife was made from a piece from the Light Up Psylocke's own psychic knife weapon, and it can be removed as a regular weapon. The sword has been painted to make it look realistic.

The waistband has been made from 2 of Jinx's blindfolds, and it is not glued or attached to the figure, since I wanted it to have the option of being removed when I wanted.

I used Acrylic Sealer to make sure that the Skin colored areas of her body does not stain or peel.

During the process, I was not sure of the results, since most of her body was skin-like, and I do not believe much in painting skin, but rather I prefer to work with skin colored plastic.

Yet, I have to admit that I am Very Pleased with the results.
