Bio: From the time he was ten years old, Billy's worked against his father: Cobra Commander. Some speculate that it's his way of atoning for what his father does, but all know what it's cost him: His childhood, an eye and leg, all hope of a normal life. Billy was trained as a member of the Arishikage clan by Storm Shadow, in addition to his own youth spent operating against Cobra in the Cobra-controlled town of Springfield.
