Head: 25th Wet Suit
Body: 25th EEL

Depth Charge is one of the more obscure characters from the New Sculpt Era as a Navy SEAL who actually hates water. Since I made him part of my O-Ring SEALs, I wanted to add him to my Modern Era SEAL Team. The 25th Wet Suit was supposed to be Duke, so rather than the standard diver's head, there was a face with blonde hair and eyebrows and blue eyes that bore a striking resemblance to Depth Charge. I used the EEL diver body since it had the silver gauntlets on the wrists, like those of the O-ring version.
