Meanest of the mean and bad to the core. Wet-Suit went back to SEAL Team Two when the Joe team disbanded. When they were reinstated, he was called back to reserve duty. That is, until he got a call from Torpedo asking if he wanted a full time position on the team. He never even hesitated. He came back to the team and joined Delta as the team's tactician and second in command. His meanness and bad attitude aside, he is still a tremendous asset to the GI Joe team and to the success of SEAL Team Delta's missions
