When the GI Joe team was reinstated and Torpedo was recalled, he brought with him all his gear and a young hot-shot Navy SEAL. Wet Down operated with the same team as Torpedo. Torpedo was so impressed with the way this kid operated, when Hawk recalled him, the only way he would come back was if he could bring his underling. Hawk agreed without hesitation. For Torpedo to give that kind of praise means this guy is almost as good as Torpedo...almost. He now operates with SEAL Team Delta as their comm. specialist.


Like a lot of others, I didn't like Wet Down being a repaint of the original Torpedo. I like the idea of the Joe team having a number of SEALs in their ranks, so I decided to give them all a makeover and give some respect to this character. I changed his bio so it didn't sound like he was supposed to be a replacement for Torpedo, which is what his original filecard does, IMO.
