When it comes to customs, I like to paint as little as necessary, and Harpoon is a nice example of this. The parts combo matched his original figure and comic look very nicely.

I was going to give him standard weapons and gear thinking that his water blaster from the comic was a little silly, but then I saw a show on the discovery channel where they were cutting metal with water. So I thought... Ok I guess if the Joes can have a laser rifle why not a hydro blaster.
