I have wanted to do something like the Shakespeare bust from the Batman '66 tv show for a long, long time. At one point it was even going to be a 1:1 scale prop. The Cobra Commander incarnation was going to be part of an alternate idea for Cobra Commander's office for the Location is Everything group project before I went a different direction. It will eventually serve as a cape rack in Dr. Mindbender's reading room until a quick escape becomes necessary.
