I wanted to make a secret Cobra installation under an unknown airport near the water. Every time Cobra gets into it with the Joes, they comeback to their hideaway licking their wounds. I figure I would show you the frustration Cobra Commander goes through every time a mission fails. This took about a good month and a half to make. Countless drawings to come up with this diorama.
