Materials used in the construction of this base:

- The walls were made from milk box cardboard painted with water-based ink (gouache)

- Brazilian Army Cotton T-shirts were cut and used to make the tents

- Yu-gi-oh action figure protection bubbles (made from PET-poly ethylene terephtalate) were used to make the two observation towers

- wood sticks, assorted cardboard and hot melt glue were used to make the walkway platforms.

This G.I. Joe Jungle Base was made in April/2004. Sometime after the construction, I sliced this base (because of the the lack of space in my house). Finally, I needed to disassemble it all, so it exists no more today.

I made this G. I. Joe Jungle Base to use in some dio-stories/dioramas with Joe versus Cobra combatants.

This is a complex base, with space to land two big helicopters (like the Night Attack Chopper and Tomahawk) and a closed "garage" to put, say, several ground vehicles (like the APC, Brawler, Badger, VAMP, etc).

I hope that the community enjoys this playset.
