NegaWatt was my figure entry into the Resurgence Character Contest (props to KilCarr) - it was chosen as a consolation figure and added to their line-up, redone by bucky. I wanted to showcase my original design, mainly because the Phoenix Guys liked it, and also because the Cobra waterslide on the chest came from Goggles. I used the Resurgence card art created by doe113 that was posted on JC for the card front and back. At Assembly Required 2018, I asked bucky to sign it.
