The main character (Skullface):
Head and arms: Rock Viper v2
Torso: Pathfinder v2
Waist and legs: Shipwreck v1
Chainsaw: Buzzer
Weedwacker: Pathfinder

The main room was built from pieces of a doll house. The brick wall came from a Bandai Chun-li figure. Loose body parts were cut up Joes. The chained prisoner was a female Dr. Who figure. Accessory pieces came from various sources.

There really isn't much about this. I saw how, when the torso and legs were put together, the figure resembled a character from a low budget 70s horror film.

No, there is no resemblance to any specific character or film. This is just an homage (hommage in French). The scene is somewhat gory (ok, a lot gory) but it is also cheesy and campy.

Horror films of the 1970s are quintessential cult classics, most were made on low budgets and with sub-par actors. In todays films, high budgets tend to take away from the realness of low budget films.
