These were made to use as background, and I'm really happy with how they turned out. I have seen a lot of great statuary here on JC by The Spectre and DanOfTheDead just to name a few.
Together with seeing all the great items painted up, and needing props I could use for any era got me looking through the "never use" dredges of my fodder bins.

I came up with "The Turning Angel" from a book that mentioned an actual angel statue in a Natchez, MS cemetery. They say no matter which direction you walk it appears to turn to watch you.
These statues will get double duty in my joeverse. hopefully one day in a full cemetery dio, and in my fantasy relm as artifacts of another time.
