Thrasher knew his original Thunder Machine just would not cut it against the Joes anymore, so he and Burn Out went about designing a new Thunder Machine. Using the ruined hull of an old tank, they repainted it and added some features "under the hood". Achieving speeds of 95mph, this Thunder Machine is equally adept in Urban, Jungle, and Swamp terrains, making them a fearsome duo to face in battle.
