30th Anniversary Crimson HISS

I missed out on the Arctic HISS when it was available at retail, but I thought it looked cool. I tried a couple times to pick one up on the decondary market but to no avail. So when the opportunity presented itself I decided to make my own.

I had been buying up a whole bunch of Crimson HISS tanks when TRU had clearanced them out. The idea was to make a slew of HISS tanks for different environments.
