It's a straight repaint with a base of crimson red and camoed by victorian red with black "stripes". The guns are silver with gray highlights to the tracks. The lights and bullhorns are black and silver with the lights having a cover of king's gold and silver. Overall I'm very pleased with the way this turned out. It looks much, much better in person then it does in the pictures. But that's the way of things when you have to use a 35mm camera instead of a digital camera with a good macro zoom.
