Entire Vehicle:
G.I. Joe R.O.C.C.

Driver:
Pit Viper

This isn't just another heavy assault vehicle manufactured by Cobra: This is literally a Terror Drome on wheels. The R.T.C. has everything you can find in the larger launch-base: Satellite connected computers with guiding and tracking systems, anti-aircraft missiles, a mobile cannon tower with high-velocity armor piercing rounds and a detention area for prisoners. And of course the special launch-ramp holding the new Stiletto II attack-plane.

The R.T.C. may be smaller and more vulnerable than its larger counterpart, but its mobility makes up for that and proves it to be just as dangerous as a real Terror Drome, and it's all because it is driven by the Pit Viper. Besides their specialty in infiltration and stealth evasion, they are guardians of Terror Dromes. They know every inch of their bases, living almost in symbiosis with their operational status as the Pit Vipers roams in the depth of the battle-stations, and that gives them a natural talent to operate the R.T.C. They drive the heavy vehicles expertly through dangerous areas and deliver them to the spot of operation where the Cobra personal can work their ways of terror. If the Joes though they had it bad before dealing with Terror Dromes, the situation just got much worse since these vehicles never stays long in one spot.

Personal comments:

Ever since I first saw this thing for pre-order, I knew it was a vehicle more suited for Cobra. But it wasn't until I saw that it housed a plane that I knew just how it would suit the enemy. It took me up to three weeks to paint this thing, but I enjoyed every minute of it. The only additional part I gave this thing is the manacles to hold a prisoner. They're attached to the high-voltage panel, so if anyone tries to tamper with them, I think the prisoner is in for a large shock.

The part of Pit Vipers being guardians of Terror Dromes is my own make-up - it's the only way I can make use of that figure in my Joe-verse.
I hope you enjoy this thing - I certainly do.

Note: The Stiletto II will be presented of its own.
