For the body, I used a Cablevision Remote,
a Power Rangers Dino Thunder White Ranger wings for the engine, and some cells.
The fangs are Custom made.
I used earphone cases for the bottom of the jaw!

Having the need to be as powerful as her Emperor, she built this machine from some of Cobras Top Secret projects.
The weapons system on this skiff has never been seen before in anything that cobra has ever had!
Maneuverability is at its best when it comes to Cobra's P.A.V. (Personal Air Vehicles). Even the Emperor himself was astonished as the technological advances that his Empress has created.
