Polar Battle Bear - 1983

I had seen the Polar Battle Bear on line in pieces for sale. I noticed that with the skis removed, it looked similar to the HISS. I purchased the base and cowling along with the huge gun system. I repainted the body gloss black with some hammered steel pieces. The idea behind the MINI HISS is a vehicle that Cobra can use against the GI JOE Armadillo. There are two front cannons as well as the main weapon system. The MINI HISS is equipped with two bottles of NOS to add more speed since it lacks the armor of the regular HISS.
