The fact that M.A.R.S designs the vast majority of Cobra vehicles, it's not unusual for the Iron Grenadiers to make use of the same vehicles in battle.

'Destro's Fury' is just one of those vehicles and it is very popular among the iron Grenadiers as it is perfectly suited for their warmongering ways, especially when inciting rebellion in crowded third world cities.

Just as they enter combat, the tank commander will often announce over the vehicles loud speaker "Surrender or face Destro's fury!'" The truth is he never waits for a reply.
