If you know about international figures and are aware of the Supercop figure then you're probably also aware that there was a VAMP repaint available for use with that figure as well. It was basically just a baby blue color with white trim and no weapons on it at all. I always liked the Stinger and liked the paint job on the Rattler 4x4 and when I was putting together my Supercop inspired custom I started thinking about what I should do for his VAMP. That's when it hit me that the Rattler 4x4 would probably work pretty well for it with little to no painting. I wanted to mod it a little as well since I didn't want it to look like the Joes had just repainted a stolen Stinger. The 25th Arctic HISS uses a stinger missile rack which made me wonder if HISS guns would work on a Stinger missile mount. To my delight I found that they fit pretty well and look pretty cool too.
