Everything: 1987 Cobra Sea Ray

The Tiger Ray was intended to be part of the 1989 Tiger Force assortment, but was never released. It would have been a Tiger Force repaint of the 1987 Cobra Sea Ray vehicle. You can see the concept art for the Tiger Ray here. This custom was actually pretty pain free to make. It painted well and the decals were reproduced from the Tiger Rat decal sheet on YoJoe.com.
