All: Cobra Earthquake

The Bridgelayer never really struck me as something Tollbooth would drive, one bridge and it's spent. The Earthquake, with a coat of paint, did seem like something he'd drive, so it was a simple thing.

Codename: Thunderclash
Primary Military Function: Combat Engineering Vehicle
Secondary Military Function: Artillary
Assigned Driver: Tollbooth

Data: The tradition of using captured enemy vehicles goes back beyond the conflict between G.I. Joe and Cobra, at least as far back as the War of 1812. The Joe team and Cobra have kept this tradition alive, even if without caring about it, even to this day. From Cobra Stingers based on G.I. Joe VAMPs to G.I. Joe Night Rays made from Cobra Morays, it's not an uncommon occurance for a vehicle design to be used by both sides.

During a heated battle, Tollbooth's Bridgelayer was destroyed, which would have left the tempermental combat engineer vehicle-less had he not charged the Cobra Earthquake that had launched the destructive rocket with nothing but his sledgehammer. Throwing the Track-Viper driver out of the cockpit, Tollbooth claimed the Earthquake as his new vehicle and turned its weapons on Cobra. Upon his return to the Pit III, the Earthquake was given a more military paintjob and rechristened the G.I. Joe Thunderclash.
