The Trubble Bubble II was commissioned by Cobra Commander to be a light-armored flight pod. More protected than the original Flight Pod, the Trubble Bubble II is now used as a quick extraction devise for the Cobra Elite.
The Techno-Viper Pilots designed and built this vehicle and Cobra Commander has since made them his personal pilots. Whether these vehicles are being mass produced by Cobra is unknown at this time but current UFO sightings in the Gulf of Mexico could be a clue to the success of this program.
