Born and raised on the baddest part of South Side of Chicago, Leroy Brown quickly grew into one of Chicagoland's most notorious gangsters. Standing at an imposing 6'4" of solid muscle, he commanded respect everywhere he went. Most people never dared call him anything other than Sir.

Known for his fancy cars, diamond jewelry, and a knack for keeping concealed weapons (including a .32 in his pocket and a razor in his shoe), Leroy ruled the scene with an Iron Fist.

All of this came to a screeching halt on night, as Leroy had been flirting with a lovely lady at the casino bar named Doris. Soon, a fight erupted, and Leroy ended up on the floor with his face a bloody mess. It seems he learned a lesson about messing with the wife of a jealous man. His reputation was destroyed, and he soon found himself trying to open a new racket in the town of Springfield. He was unsuccessful, as he was ousted by Cobra forces. Rather that kill Leroy, they put his skills to use, and he was trained and made leader of Cobra's newest, most violent special ops group to date, The Rat Pack.

There are some who are in darkness
And the others are in light
And you see the ones in brightness
Those in darkness drop from sight

A once successful businessman turned psychotic, lethal knife wielding assassin, Mack the Knife was recruited by after gaining notoriety in several US cities for taking out his former business rivals that had caused his own once successful business to go bankrupt. Mack justifies his murders for the fact that his rivals only put him out of business due to their illegal operations with Mafioso and gangsters. He stated that the only difference between a gangster and a businessman is that the gangster is "often a coward".

He praises efficiency, organization, and even keeps books. Mack the Knife's skills are seemingly unmatched in the world, and landed him in a spot of Cobra's newest, most violent special ops group to date, The Rat Pack.

Bobby Bojangles was a lonely, obscure, alcoholic techno-viper who didn't have any friends in Cobra. To pass his time in his room, Bobby began teaching himself how to dance. He soon became good enough that he could enter Cobra's talent show, but being shy, wanted a dance partner. He looked around, but it was not meant to be, as most other Cobra's beat the crap out of him when he asked them to dance.

Bobby decided he would build himself a partner, and took out a loan for his own personal B.A.T. He reprogrammed the B.A.T. into a dancing machine, and soon took Cobra's talent show by storm, and almost won the competition, narrowly losing out to Cold Slither.

Enraged, the B.A.T. used his dancing skills and knocked Bobby to the ground, jumped on his face and started Tap-Dancing. Bobby was dead, and instead of destroying a killing machine that could decimate a battlefield and a dance floor at the same time, Dr. Mindbender decided to award the B.A.T. a new identity, "Mr. Bojangles", and a spot in Cobra's newest, most violent special ops group to date, The Rat Pack.
