The base for Pestilence is a Microman Batman from the Batman/Batgirl 2-pack. I had to shave off the wrist spikes and scrape off the blue on the boot and glove cuffs. I then added a modified head (cut and drilled) from a SpyTroops Chief Torpedo figure (always thought that mug looked a bit thuggish) and feet (again cut and drilled) from a JvC Zartan. Black and green paint were used for the feet, the belt (Batman's utility belt), the grenade bandolier (from VvV Dusty) and the tool belt, which was cut from the leg of a Chap Mei figure.

Accessories:
In addition to his signature submachine gun and cell phone, I gave Pestilence a loose grenade and an alternate head (cut and drilled from JvC Firefly), just in case I want to use the figure as he would appear in standard Joe continuity (see last pic).

In a world without Joe and Cobra, Firefly's life is probably the least changed aside from Bludd's. Except in terms of appearance.

As the Horseman Pestilence, I wanted Firefly to look utilitarian and shady but to echo his original color scheme (sans camo). Like all of the Horsemen, he wears no mask. But he has been known to pull a ski cap down out of that hat of his when he feels someone might spot and recognize him.
