General Sokolov

Name: Sokolov, Kirill L.
Position: Director/Superintendant, Ouroboros Facility
Birthdate: 7/26/1960
Birthplace: Leningrad (Saint Petersburg), Russia

Sokolov had an unremarkable childhood: the product of working-class parents in Leningrad, he was educated in public schools and joined the Soviet Army upon graduating high school. Sokolov found the structure and precision of military life to be an excellent fit for his personality. He maintained an impeccable service record, and rose through the military ranks quickly; at the time of his deployment to Afghanistan, Sokolov had achieved the rank of Colonel. Sokolov commanded ground forces in Afghanistan in the early days of the conflict, and his remarkable ability to execute his orders to the letter brought him to the attention of officials overseeing the Ouroboros project, and he was deemed the best available candidate to serve as the ranking on-site military officer. Sokolov was officially classified as "Missing in Action" in May of 1984 and transferred to the Ouroboros Facility. Sokolov appears to be the only person at the Ouroboros Facility with access to outside information; whether or not he has transmitted or received any information about the project or the situation outside the facility is unknown. He is also the only person with access to the personnel files of the research staff and soldiers at the facility. If he is aware that the project has been forgotten by the Russian government, he has not allowed that to affect the continued execution of his orders. Intel gathered from the exploratory incursion into the Ouroboros Facility indicates that Sokolov is accelerating the testing programs for many of the offensive weapons systems, both biochemical and armament. Whatever his motivations, he seems to be preparing these weapons for use.

I wanted to make this character physically large and intimidating, and I wanted him to have a military-dress-uniform look; the RoC Destro body was a perfect fit. Nothing too labor-intensive here.
