This figure is actually the final version of a work-in-progress I showcased two years ago during the Custom Celebration 6. I finally got around to finishing him this year for the Empty Seats Group Project, proving the old adage: if you have enough WIPs and enough time, eventually a Group Project will come around to conveniently give you an excuse/motivation to finish the project. The idea behind this figure is the fact that someone has to operate the missiles on the Cobra Stinger so the driver can concentrate on driving. The only thing I might change about this figure is to give him an Atari 2600-type controller that would plug into the dashboard of the Stinger for actually controlling the missile launcher. That would seem time/release appropriate.
