This figure concept started a few years back when Sidewinder wanted to have RAH versions of some of the new soldiers introduced in the 25th line. This was my lazy attempt at replicating the Cobra Driver figure that came with the Target exclusive H.I.S.S. tank in 2008. It doesn't have camouflage like the 25th figure, but I was shooting for something that could have been released in 1984, however I did choose him to fill the empty seat of the H.I.S.S. III as an homage to the blue 2008 H.I.S.S.
