Quicksnap is a media wizard expert in all forms of media recording from photography to video recording. If it records an image, Quicksnap knows not only how to operate it, but also how to squeeze an image out of it. He once took a camera that feel 30 feet from a cliff, smashed open and exposed the film and still caught a spy on film selling secrets to a foreign diplomat. He's taken over Scoop's role as combat photographer when Scoop was reassigned to the DOD.

Some soldiers carry superstitions or long held beliefs with them into battle Quicksnap takes it to an extreme. His first mission with the team was a near disaster, averted only when a lucky Sat bounce was able to get through to headquarters to call in an evac chopper. On the ride back Quicksnap attributed it to Recoil's hat and asked to keep it, wearing it ever since for every mission he goes on.

From General Hawk's files: "Quicksnap's always been superstitious, even as a small boy. He never steps on cracks, he throws salt over his shoulder and he's even been observed on his knees around the command center looking for four leaf clovers. At the end of ever successful mission Quicksnap adds another feather to those strapped to his legs; it's gotten so bad that most of the team now refers to him as "Chicken Legs" rather than his chosen code name."
