My original thought was to make this figure a Hydro Viper or a frog man of some kind, but after looking at him for a while I decided on a Joe trooper from the Laser division.



This was pretty simple to do after a day or so of looking at him. I may eventually go back and rethink the color scheme, but I'm happy with it.
