Taipan is one of Cobras most evasive and sneaky operatives. It is believed that he is a former smuggler. It is also assumed that he is from somewhere in central Asia due to his familiarity and operating ability within bamboo forests. He is silent and deadly. He can wait for hours, counseled on the edge of enemy encampment gathering intel or waiting for his time to strike. He could be standing right in front of you in the jungle and you wouldn't realize it until it was too late.

I really wanted to do something different with this custom. My strong point (in my opinion) is painting so I wanted to try something that would also push my abilities as far as painting goes. What I came up with was a new camo pattern based on bambo. If you look closely you can see not only the bamboo stocks but also bamboo shoots (2 color apps), leaves (arms), and a shadow painted under all the bamboo stocks.
