I had no idea what to do with these parts.... until I realized that the torso (once primed) could maybe pass for a life jacket. Plus, it's a lot easier working with one solid clothing color. All this added up to a Lamprey figure - but that didn't seem like enough to just have an 'unmasked' Lamprey, so I added the helmet to give him some ... authority. I also added a broken/modded Stalker rifle from the convention, as well as a left-over BBI sling that Kama failed to take.
