Booker is a quiet sort, because his head is full of things that he finds interesting, but other Joes find boring. He tends to keep to himself, preferring the company of a good novel to the braggadocio of the elite military life. He is a voracious information junkie, reading entire magazines and newspapers in minutes, and his appetite for technical learning has made him a valuable asset for the Battleforce 2000 mission. Because he has demonstrated an innate ability to reverse engineer electronics, he has been given permission to use some captured Cobra gear and see if it's advanced MARS technology can be integrated or scavenged for use by NATO forces.

Only did minor alterations to the parts. Ground off the "brains" from the helmet, and tried to play down the "skull" faceplate. Removed the bearclaw pendant, and trimmed the rolled up sleeves to make a sleeves down look. I had a problem with my undercoat, and didn't think it was going to be salvagable; I'm still quite unhappy with it.
