Urzor is from Eastern Europe, where he came from a family of animal trainers. Urzor adopted their cruel tactics and used them to raise animals to terrorize the local communities. Cobra soon caught wind of his antics and recruited him to their ranks.

Bought a real Urzor at the Con, then pulled the Rock Viper head at the Group Pull. The pencil-thin mustache inspired me to create a new version of the International Bear-Man.
