Woofer has a very low, remarkable bass voice. This, and the fact that he likes to build his car full of audio systems resulted in his suitable codename.

Woofer served several years in different S.W.A.T. and D.E.A. teams before he was enlisted in the Joe team. Shockwave noticed his talent when he encountered some Headhunter troops a few times and succesfully eliminated them without much effort.
Woofer is specialized in urban night operations.

I tried to make this custom look like a Joe, because the head would unmistakenly remind one of Iron Grenadier Metal-Head. I turned his beard into a moustache and gave him a different helmet. Combined with a whole different colour scheme I pretty much got what I wanted.
Painting the camo scheme took me a lot of time.
