Effects was one of the last few members to be assigned to the Joe team before disbandment.He had a knack with special effects before he came to the team, so once the team was disbanded It was only a matter of time for him to go back to Hollywood. Upon the reinstatement of the team Effects was working on several big budget projects and with that commitment he did not want to leave them behind. Once those movies wrapped he sought out another attempt to rejoin the team. So now back with the team he is trying to create some FX for the Joe team to destract Cobra during battle.
