This is my first group project custom and I really wanted to raise the bar for myself. I tried to make the figure itself as close to the Devil's Due version of Zandar as possible (see Battle Files reference picture) and am very happy with the way that part of it turned out. But I also wanted to give Zandar a bio worthy of the deadly reputation he is supposed to have. I looked for a psychological motivation for him and, being the forgotten sibling of two stage hogs like Zartan and Zarana, there was plenty to be mined from his past that could've motivated him to become a deadly force.
