Hi-Tech is one of Overkill's main targets during the Robot Rebellion. Since Hi-Tech was working on ways to defeat the B.A.T.s and to block them from receiving and transmitting updates in the battlefield. Instead of hiding away in a lab until the fighting is over, Hi-Tech upped his offensive and defensive abilities. With his Hound robot and his new high powered laser rifle, Hi-Tech is ready to stop Overkill and his B.A.T.s once and for all!

I liked the look of the Sigma 6 Hi-Tech and figured I would try to make an O-ring version of it. I thought he should have a bunch of pouches for his tools and other equipment so I kept his torso. I also liked the wrist computer so I kept that and liked how the Dusty arm works with the body. The Hound was originally made for a 25th styled version of Hi-Tech I had made a year or so back, I just put him with this one and added the RoC Flash rifle to him
