Tiberius James Hooker, graduated top of his class from the LAPD academy and quickly rose through the ranks. Having fought numerous criminals elements in his career including the West Coast Dreadnoks chapters, and single handedly taking down several of Headman's lieutenants, making Sergeant Hooker one of the most decorated police sergeants in the history of the LAPD. Taking a short transfer to the police academy he mentored many would be rookies including David Lane (aka Surefire).

When Sergeant Hooker refused further promotions to a desk job, and was approaching mandatory retirement age it was Surefire himself that came to recruit him to GI Joe not just as an adviser but getting him back on the streets fighting for the American way.

I was really surprised no did this one the first time around, but that's just me, I was really impressed with a Captain Kirk custom on JC a while ago and thought that TJ would be fun to add to my ranks. The GH torso is a little thick for the face as opposed the Dusty (v1) body I started to use on this but the neck joint was the most important.
