Don't let the animal pelts and Totem's spiritual mutterings fool you into thinking he's the real deal. He was a Techno-Viper working with Dr Mindbender on the Venomization project. He went on a bender while watching The 13th Warrior and woke up like he read The Way of the Shaman one too many times. He'd probably be clinically diagnosed as having a disassociative identity disorder with animal alters, but that doesn't mean he isn't dangerous. When he manifests himself as a spirit animal there are no psychobiological differences between him and the animal he is projecting. For all intents and purposes, you are fighting those animals.

So very, very different on the drawing board. The idea was to do a bad guy version of Bravestarr. First I couldn't narrow down which animals to use. Then, the original parts I had didn't work for what I wanted. But then the "multiple animal personality" concept came together and I went for a 13th Warrior look instead. For his outdoor photoshoot he was supposed to have 3 shots. I ended up taking 30 and actually playing out the hunters becoming the hunted scenario.
