Iceman was a once respected member of the Detroit SWAT team, the same team of Gi Joe`s Shockwave. When Iceman started to live beyond his means, Shockwave became suspicious and informed his Dept. chief who called Internal Affairs to investigate the matter. Iceman was found guilty of bribery and drug smuggling. Turns out the temptation was far more than he could handle. He did 4 years for his crime, once released he decided to exact a little payback on the man who ratted him out.
