Kart driver Destro has spared no expense in building the ultimate racing machine and the meanest weapon on the circuit. all actual building was performed by mars or subcontracted to mars subsidiaries.

Destro simply shows up on race day and consults with his race manager(s) and weapons technician(s) about any upgrades or maneuvers for the specific track.

Kart racing pleases destro, more than any other activity, except maybe the yearly pimps ball. If he can take out a joe or even cobra foe, well that's just icing on the cake.
