The Python Patrol Wolverine was made using a captured Wolverine abandoned on one of the many battlefields. Its stealth armor allows it to sneak up on any Joe Base and unleash it's 12 missiles with little to no warning. The Python Patrol Wolverine is also able to tow the Python Patrol ASP into battle, providing more firepower to use against the Tiger Force.
