Very little is known about Dagger's origins. Military Intelligence has been able to piece together that he was trained by the IRA in demolitions, he entered the U.S. illegally in the early 1970's, and that he came into contact with Cobra sometime during 1983. His exact age is unknown, but attacks fitting his profile have been recorded as early as 1962, making him at
least 50. His experience in demolitions, as well as his years of staying underground to avoid capture, have made him an expert in stealth and sabotage. Cobra generally calls on him for situations in which silent infiltration of a target is necessary.
